Open the English muffin. Put the tomato sauce on each half.
Put the cheese over the tomato sauce.
Place any extra toppings on top of the cheese.
Place the mini pizzas on the cooking tray or a piece of aluminum foil.
Place the homemade solar cooker in the sun. Make sure the sun is shining directly into the oven.
Carefully put your pizzas in your solar oven.
Check the homemade solar cooker every ten minutes. As the sun moves, you may need to move your oven to keep it in the light.
When the cheese melts, your mini pizzas are done! This may take 20 minutes to 2 hours depending on how warm and sunny it is outside.
With an oven mitten, carefully remove your pizzas from the solar cooker. Let the pizzas cool for 5-15 minutes before eating.
Cheese Quesadillas
Cheese, sliced or shredded
Tortillas

Put cheese on one half of the tortilla.
Fold tortilla in half.
Place the tortilla on the cooking tray or a piece of aluminum foil.

Layer cheese and turkey on bread. Add favorite condiments.
Place sandwich on the cooking tray or a piece of aluminum foil.

Sprinkle cheese over chips. Add any additional toppings.

Smore's Recipe
Graham cracker
1 large or 3-4 small marshmallows
Chocolate
Small metal tray, or piece of aluminum foil
Oven mitten
Homemade solar cooker
Break the graham cracker in half. Place it on the cooking tray or a piece of aluminum foil.
Break off a piece of chocolate, (slightly smaller than the graham cracker) and place it on the graham cracker.
Place 1 large or 3-4 small marshmallows on top of the chocolate. Put other half of graham cracker on top.
Put other half of graham cracker on top.
Carefully put the smores in your solar oven.

When the chocolate melts, your dessert is done! This may take 20 minutes to 2 hours depending on how warm and sunny it is outside.
